However, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric dye lots, and material availability. Handmade, made-to-order, and custom products may have minor variations that are natural to individual craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other charges may be added where required.
Payment must be completed according to the payment terms presented at checkout, in an invoice, or in a separate written custom-order agreement.
For certain made-to-order or custom products, a deposit or partial payment may be required before production begins. Additional payment terms may be provided in a separate written agreement.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some Dreamdress products are created specifically for the customer based on selected size, measurements, design choices, color, fabric, customization requests, or other individual specifications.
Production times vary depending on the product, complexity, season, workload, fabric availability, and customization requirements. Estimated completion dates are estimates unless a specific date is confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. Changes in body measurements, weight, shoes, undergarments, or personal preferences after measurements are taken may affect fit.
Custom-made, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products may be subject to special cancellation, return, and refund conditions as described in our Return and Refund Policy and any applicable written order agreement.
7. SIZING AND ALTERATIONS
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and providing accurate measurements when required.
Standard-size garments may require alterations to achieve a personalized fit. Unless expressly included in writing, alterations are not automatically included in the purchase price.
8. APPOINTMENTS
Showroom and fitting appointments may be subject to availability and separate booking conditions.
Customers are expected to arrive on time. Appointment availability, duration, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show conditions may be communicated during the booking process.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee product availability or reserve a specific item unless expressly confirmed in writing.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, supply chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
