Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to ship your order as promptly as possible while maintaining the quality standards of our handmade products.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
    • We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The estimated delivery times and costs are calculated individually, depending on the destination country, and are discussed when placing the order.
  • Standard delivery time to:
  •  the USA and EU is 10-14 business days
  •  Worldwide is 10-14 business days
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, and shipping carrier delays.

    Packaging

    To ensure the safe arrival of your exclusive handmade products, we use secure packaging materials. Each piece is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect it from damage during transit.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

    Shipping Delays

    While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. DreamDress is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.

    Damaged or Lost Items

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Salon@dreamdresss.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged items and packaging.
